I feel like I don’t eat enough mug cakes (I guess), here’s a breakfast mug cake.
No sugar, just chocolate for breakfast.
Full of fiber and not-so-full of added sugar, in fact, it has none, but feel free to take it up that notch if the mood is right.

Double Chocolate Breakfast Mug Cake
No sugar added, fiber rich mug cake to have a chocolatey start to your day.
Servings: 1 mug cake

Equipment
- 1/2 cup ramekin
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana mashed (60 g)
- 2 tbsp almond flour (14 g)
- 1 tbsp flax seed meal (7 g) (sub regular flour)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (6 g)
- 1-2 tbsp milk or nut milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp chocolate to sprinkle (5 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 1/2 cup ramekin.
- Mix all in a bowl, add to ramekin. Top with chocolate.
- Bake 20 min (microwave might work too but it wonāt be the same).
- Let cool and firm up a bit and top with whatever.
