Double Chocolate Breakfast Mug Cake

Equipment

  • 1/2 cup ramekin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana mashed (60 g)
  • 2 tbsp almond flour (14 g)
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal (7 g) (sub regular flour)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (6 g)
  • 1-2 tbsp milk or nut milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp chocolate to sprinkle (5 g)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 1/2 cup ramekin.
  • Mix all in a bowl, add to ramekin. Top with chocolate.
  • Bake 20 min (microwave might work too but it won’t be the same).
  • Let cool and firm up a bit and top with whatever.
