Here’s the blonder cousin of my crazy easy single-serving Brownie.
Now you can manifest a fresh-out-of-the-oven blondie whenever you may please. You’re welcome.
It’s a handful of basic ingredients mixed together, it’s insane that it even works.
So run to the kitchen and try it.
It will sink in the middle a little bit but I used it as an opportunity to add a little dollop of ice cream.
And poured some chocolate syrup. Lemons and lemonade y’all. Lmk if you try this!
Crazy Easy Single-serving Blondie
Servings: 1 blondie
Calories: 208kcal
Equipment
- 1/2 cup ramekin or similar
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp drippy nut/seed butter (16 g) I used drippy almond butter from costco
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g) sub sugar free syrup
- 1 tbsp flour (7 g) gf all purpose if desired, I used oat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- drop of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp (or more) chocolate chips (5 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease an oven safe ramekin. See notes for microwave instructions.
- In a small bowl mix all the ingredients but chocolate. The batter should be spreadable like brownie batter. If not, add 1/2 tsp water at a time and stir until it is spreadable.
- Stir in chocolate. Transfer to the greased ramekin.
- Bake 15 minutes (see notes for microwave instructions), let your blondie cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Notes
- If microwaving, try 30 sec at a time making sure not to let it burn. Stop microwaving as soon as it stops rising.
- The recipe can be made keto by substituting sugar free syrup, sugar free chocolate and almond/coconut flour.
- Use up to 1 tbsp chocolate chips in this recipe, esp if you’re in the mood for a very chocolatey blondie. I wrote it with 1 tsp to keep the sugar content low.

So good! I used Steeves SF Maple syrup and it had just the right sweetness. I’ll definitely make this again.
