Here’s another stupidly easy, barely a recipe, recipe. In other words, my kind of recipe. Easy to remember, easy to make, easy to write, but lots of satisfaction factor.
I got these chocolate granola bark things at a bakery once. They were GOOD. Then I found a similar thing at the store.
That was good too. I wanted to make something similar but I didn’t want to bake anything so here ya go, you can make this one in the microwave. You’re welcome!
Try it and let me know!
Small-batch Chocolate Granola Bark
Servings: 8 squares
Calories: 121kcal
Equipment
- Standard loaf pan or similar
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nut/seed butter (64 g) I used almond butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (60 g) sub chopped chocolate
- 1/2 cup granola (60 g) gf if desired
Instructions
- Line your loaf pan with parchment.
- In a medium bowl add nut butter and chocolate, microwave 30 sec at a time and stir until all chocolate is melted.
- Pour the mixture into your loaf pan and tap to even it.
- Sprinkle the granola evenly and gently press down so it all sticks together.
- Freeze 30 min – 1 hour until the bark is all set.
