Ingredients

cup
nut/seed butter
(64 g) I used almond butter
1/3
cup
chocolate chips
(60 g) sub chopped chocolate
1/2
cup
granola
(60 g) gf if desired
Instructions
Line your loaf pan with parchment.
In a medium bowl add nut butter and chocolate, microwave 30 sec at a time and stir until all chocolate is melted.
Pour the mixture into your loaf pan and tap to even it.
Sprinkle the granola evenly and gently press down so it all sticks together.
Freeze 30 min - 1 hour until the bark is all set.
Slice and enjoy! I would keep these refrigerated.
