Three Chocolate Chip Cookies NOW šŖšŖšŖ My ultimate mini-batch recipe!
This is how the single-serving scones came into existence guys. I was trying to make small batch cookies. There are no mistakes, only happy accidents!
After many small batches of cookies that ended up being eaten as breakfast scones, here are my small batch chocolate chip cookies. Are these the best cookies youāve ever had, NO. Sally’s baking addiction probably has a better one š BUT these come together in under 5 minutes, bake 12 minutes and theyāre PRETTY DANG GOOD OK š I mean to me theyāre indistinguishable from classical ones but Iām no cookie snob. Just somebody who wants fresh cookies in her mouth.
Let me know if you give this easy recipe a try!
