I finally did it, I hoarded an oreo cookie in my freezer for months until I got around to it, but I did. Here’s the “slutty brownie” version of my crazy easy single-serving brownie, with only a few ingredients.
What are slutty brownies you ask. I didn’t know either until I got advertised to on YouTube. It’s a dessert with 3 layers: chocolate chip cookie on the bottom, Oreos in the middle, and fudgy brownies on top!
And now that I do know what it is, I cannot unknow and I cannot not have… But you know I wasn’t about to make a massive tray of these things just to try them.
So I combined my crazy easy brownie and my crazy easy blondie into one, decadent treat with an oreo cookie in the middle.
Because you know me and my hatred of leftovers tempting me and my family into collectively destroying our metabolisms with all that sugar.
We ate this and moved on. It was perfection.
And if you have a bigger family, just double up the recipe. It should work great.
I’m so overly excited for this, so try it and let me know!

Notes
- If microwaving, try 30 sec at a time making sure not to let it burn. Stop microwaving as soon as it stops rising.Ā
- Make this keto easily by substituting sugar free maple syrup and a keto friendly cookie.
- If you want an amazing ice cream treat, make a coffee protein ninja creami and use this as a mix-in!Ā
