Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease an oven safe ramekin.
In a small bowl mix nut butter, maple syrup, flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt. The batter should be spreadable like brownie batter. If not add 1/2 tsp water at a time and mix until it is spreadable. Spread half the batter into your ramekin.
Gently press the cookie on top.
Add cocoa powder to the rest of your batter and mix until combined. If too dry add a drop of water and mix again.
Spread the brownie batter on top of the oreo.
Optionally top with some chocolate chips.
Bake 15 minutes (see notes for microwave instructions), let your brownie cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Notes
If microwaving, try 30 sec at a time making sure not to let it burn. Stop microwaving as soon as it stops rising.
