coconut oil
(28 g) sub any other oil or (plant) butter

nut/seed butter
(32 g) I used almond butter

maple syrup

(40 g) I used oat flour which is 1/2 cup oats ground in a food processor

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250F and line your baking dish with parchment.
In a medium bowl melt coconut oil (I use the microwave) and blend with nut butter, maple syrup, salt.
Add your oats, flour, chocolate, nuts and mix to combine.
Pack this down into the baking dish (make sure to tuck it in to form clusters) and bake 1 hour.
Let granola cool completely (at least 1 hour) before removing from the baking dish and breaking up into clusters.
Store in a sealed container. Enjoy!
