Prepare the chocolate ganache by mixing together tahini, maple syrup, cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp (or more) milk.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, adding milk 1 tsp at a time until you reach a cake batter consistency. Transfer to greased ramekin or muffin pan cavity.
Bake 20-25 min, top with the sauce while the cake is still hot. Enjoy!

As mentioned, you can make this in the microwave but the rise will be much less epic. Air-fryer should work better, just reduce baking time!
