No-bake Nanaimo Bars

graham cracker sheets (or similar biscuits) crumbled

instant vanilla pudding mix

coconut oil

nut/seed butter

chocolate chopped/chips

Instructions
Line a loaf pan with parchment and grease with spray oil.
Melt chocolate and nut butter until smooth (I use the microwave).
Add graham crumbs, coconut, walnuts and press into pan.
Mix together milk and pudding mix 3-5 min until thickens (I use a hand mixer).
Pour into pan, let it set in the fridge.
Melt coconut oil, nut butter, chocolate ingredients in the microwave until smooth.
Pour into pan, even out, freeze until everything sets, at least a few hours.
Slice and enjoy!
