Ingredients

  • 4 medjool dates (about 80 g)
  • 4 tsp nut/seed butter (20 g) I used @88acres vanilla spiced sunbutter
  • 1 tsp chocolate chopped/chips (5 g)
  • optional Sprinkle of coarse sea salt (which I didn’t have)

Instructions

  • Cut open dates, stuff with 1 tsp sunbutter each.
  • Sprinkle chocolate and salt if using.
  • Freeze until fudgy and cold.
  • Eat off the freezer.
