1tbsppeanut butter(16 g) sub other nut/seed butter
1tbspmaple syrup(21 g) sub sugar-free syrup
2tbspvanilla protein powder (15 g) plant-based if desired
1tbspchocolate chips(15 g) df if desired
Instructions
In a small bowl add nut butter, maple syrup and a pinch of salt, and mix until evenly combined (microwaving for 10 seconds can help loosen up your nut butter).
Add protein and mix. The cookie dough should come together but if too dry add 1/2 tsp water at a time until it does.
Fold in chocolate chips. Press into a pan, or shape by hand using a parchment paper or muffin tin cavity, let it set in the fridge or freezer, about 10-20 min.
Chop into squares if you like. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
