oil
(5 g) I use melted coconut oil

tbsp
(nut) milk
(15 g) I use unsweetened almond milk

tbsp
maple syrup

flour, gf all purpose if desired
(30 g)

tsp
baking powder
pinch of salt
drop of vanilla extract
Mix-ins

tsp
tea granules from 1 bag of earl gray
adjust to desired flavor

white chocolate chips/chopped
(10 g) df if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
In a cup mix oil, milk, syrup, vanilla.
In a bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, tea granules.
Combine into a non-sticky dough (if too crumbly, add milk, if too liquid, add flour).
Fold in chocolate.
Scoop on the cookie sheet and bake 13-15 minutes.
Let cake bites cool and enjoy!
