1/2tbspnut/seed butter, or (plant) butter melted(8 g) I used peanut butter but almond or cashew will be more neutral
1 1/2ozmarshmallows(42 g) vegan if desired, this is about 1 cup chopped or mini marshmallows
3/4cupgraham cereal(30 g) vegan/gf if desired, sub any alternative or chopped graham crackers or cookies
pinch of salt
Mix-ins
3tbspchopped or mini marshmallows(8 g)
1tbspchocolate chips(14 g) df if desired
Instructions
In a small bowl add your butter, marshmallows and pinch of salt.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Don't overheat it, you don't want it to melt your mix-ins.
Stir in the cereal until all cereal is covered (try not to crush the pieces). Similarly stir in your mix-ins.
Press the mixture into a small, lined dish or muffin pan.
Refrigerate or freeze for at least 30 minutes to allow the treats to set.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
