(plant) butter, softened
(56 g) sub regular butter

cassava flour or all purpose flour
(120 g) sub any flour other than almond or coconut

baking soda

(nut) milk
I use unsweetened almond milk

rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer cream together butter and sugar.
Add vanilla, salt, flour, baking soda (mix baking soda into the flour a little first) and mix until a crumbly mixture is formed.
Add enough milk 1 tbsp at a time to form a non-sticky soft cookie dough.
Add sprinkles and mix a few more turns.
Scoop on the parchment and shape how you like (they won’t spread) and bake 10 minutes.
Let cookies cool and firm up before enjoying!
Store in a slightly open container in room temperature.
Notes
You can make 10 or so regular sized cookies from this recipe. Bake those a few min longer until their edges crisp up.
