Ingredients

nut/seed butter
(64 g) I use almond butter, Kirkland brand from Costco.
1/4
cup
maple syrup
(84 g)
1/4
cup
oat flour
(30 g)
1/4
cup
quick oats
(20 g) pulse regular oats in a food processor if you don't have this.

cocoa powder

baking powder

tsp
salt

vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
In a bowl mix together nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract.
In another bowl whisk together flour, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt.
Combine the two into a cookie dough. If too dry add some nut milk or water 1 tbsp at a time.
Shape into walnut sized cookies and shape between your palms, flatten gently.
Bake 15 minutes and press a piece of chocolate on each cookie immediately.
Let these cool, firm up and enjoy!
