1tbspnut/seed butter(16 g) I used almond butter from costco
1tbspmaple syrup(21 g)
1tbspcocoa powder(6 g)
1/4tspbaking powder
drop of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
(optional) chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease an oven safe ramekin.
In a small bowl mix and blend all the ingredients. The batter should be spreadable like brownie batter. If not add 1/2 tsp water at a time and mix until it is spreadable. You should need at most 1 tsp.
Transfer to the greased ramekin and optionally top with some chocolate.
Bake 15 minutes (see notes for microwave instructions), let your brownie cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Notes
If microwaving, try 30 sec at a time making sure not to let it burn. Stop microwaving as soon as it stops rising.
Make this keto easily by substituting sugar free maple syrup.
