Ingredients
1
cup
oats
(80 g) rolled oats work best
1 1/2
cup
any milk
(360 g) I use unsweetened almond milk
3
servings
(plant-based) protein powder
(about 90 g) use any flavor you like
Magic Shell
1/4
cup
chocolate chips
(45 g)
1
tsp
coconut oil
(5 g) use any oil you like
3
tbsp
(optional) chopped nuts
(21 g) I used peanuts, totally optional but add a little extra fat and fiber and crunch!
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and distribute into 3 jars. How much milk you need will depend on your protein powder so adjust accordingly.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
In the morning melt your chocolate and oil in 30 sec increments in the microwave until all chocolate has melted and smooth.
(Optional) sprinkle your nuts over the jars if using.
Pour chocolate over your overnight oats and refrigerate or freeze 10 minutes to set.
Crack your shell and enjoy!
