Mocha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (80 g) rolled oats work best
  • 1 1/2 cup any milk (360 g) I use unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 servings (plant-based) vanilla protein powder (138 g) I use Orgain simple vanilla and one serving is 46 g
  • 3 tbsp (optional) nut/seed butter (48 g) I use almond butter, optional but adds a nutritional boost and extra creaminess
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (6 g)
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder (6 g)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and distribute into 3 jars.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  • In the morning top with anything you like (I like some crunchy granola) and enjoy! I like my oats thick but you might prefer to stir in additional milk.
