1 1/2cupany milk(360 g) I use unsweetened almond milk
3servings(plant-based) vanilla protein powder(138 g) I use Orgain simple vanilla and one serving is 46 g
3tbsp(optional) nut/seed butter(48 g) I use almond butter, optional but adds a nutritional boost and extra creaminess
1tbspcocoa powder(6 g)
1tbspinstant coffee powder(6 g)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and distribute into 3 jars.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
In the morning top with anything you like (I like some crunchy granola) and enjoy! I like my oats thick but you might prefer to stir in additional milk.
