1tbspdrippy nut/seed butter(16 g) I used drippy almond butter from costco
1tbspmaple syrup(21 g) sub sugar free syrup
1tbspflour(7 g) gf all purpose if desired, I used oat flour
1/4tspbaking powder
drop of vanilla extract
pinchof salt
1tsp(or more) chocolate chips(5 g)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease an oven safe ramekin. See notes for microwave instructions.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients but chocolate. The batter should be spreadable like brownie batter. If not, add 1/2 tsp water at a time and stir until it is spreadable.
Stir in chocolate. Transfer to the greased ramekin.
Bake 15 minutes (see notes for microwave instructions), let your blondie cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Notes
If microwaving, try 30 sec at a time making sure not to let it burn. Stop microwaving as soon as it stops rising.
The recipe can be made keto by substituting sugar free syrup, sugar free chocolate and almond/coconut flour.
Use up to 1 tbsp chocolate chips in this recipe, esp if you’re in the mood for a very chocolatey blondie. I wrote it with 1 tsp to keep the sugar content low.
