Mini-batch Matcha White Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp nut/seed butter (16 g)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g)
  • 1/2 scoop any protein powder (15 g) oat flour if you don't have this
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (15 g)

Instructions

  • In a cereal bowl blend nut butter and maple syrup, then add protein. Stir until smooth (using hands if necessary, it should come together but if it doesn't add 1 tsp water).
  • Add chocolate chips and shape like a rectangle (I used some parchment to shape it).
  • Refrigerate to set, about 30 minutes.
  • Cut how you like and enjoy!!
