Ingredients
1tbspnut/seed butter(16 g)
1tbspmaple syrup(21 g)
1/2scoopany protein powder(15 g) oat flour if you don't have this
1tspmatcha powder
1tbspchocolate chips(15 g)
Instructions
In a cereal bowl blend nut butter and maple syrup, then add protein. Stir until smooth (using hands if necessary, it should come together but if it doesn't add 1 tsp water).
Add chocolate chips and shape like a rectangle (I used some parchment to shape it).
