Small-batch Chocolate Granola Bark

Equipment

  • Standard loaf pan or similar

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nut/seed butter (64 g) I used almond butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (60 g) sub chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 cup granola (60 g) gf if desired

Instructions

  • Line your loaf pan with parchment.
  • In a medium bowl add nut butter and chocolate, microwave 30 sec at a time and stir until all chocolate is melted.
  • Pour the mixture into your loaf pan and tap to even it.
  • Sprinkle the granola evenly and gently press down so it all sticks together.
  • Freeze 30 min - 1 hour until the bark is all set.
  • Slice and enjoy! I would keep these refrigerated.
