Mini-batch London Fog Cake Bites

Equipment

  • Cookie sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil (5 g) I use melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp (nut) milk (15 g) I use unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g)
  • 1/4 cup flour, gf all purpose if desired (30 g)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • drop of vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 1 tsp tea granules from 1 bag of earl gray adjust to desired flavor
  • 2 tsp white chocolate chips/chopped (10 g) df if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
  • In a cup mix oil, milk, syrup, vanilla.
  • In a bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, tea granules.
  • Combine into a non-sticky dough (if too crumbly, add milk, if too liquid, add flour).
  • Fold in chocolate.
  • Scoop on the cookie sheet and bake 13-15 minutes.
  • Let cake bites cool and enjoy!
