Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, mix, oil, syrup, vanilla until blended.
In a mug/bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder.
Gradually add dry to wet and stir, stopping as soon as a soft, non-sticky cookie dough forms (you might not need all the dry mix). Fold in chocolate.
Shape into 3 balls, flatten gently, bake 12 mins.
Let cookies cool and enjoy!
