Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp nut/seed butter (16 g) I used almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (6 g)
  • pinch of salt
  • drop of vanilla
  • 2 tbsp oat flour (15 g) almond flour might also work
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (14 g) df if desired
  • 1 tbsp (optional) sprinkles (12 g)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add nut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla and blend to combine until smooth. If your nut butter is too thick, microwave for 10 seconds to soften it up.
  • Add oat flour to make a cookie dough like batter. If too dry add a pinch of water, if too wet add a pinch more flour.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and (optional) roll the balls in sprinkles.
  • Freeze until set, thaw a little before enjoying. Keep frozen or refrigerated!
