OMG I made stove top granola and it was the best and EASIEST ever so y’all need to make it asap. Instead of baking it for an hour I made a small-batch version in LESS THAN 10 minutes.

So you can make any flavor you want without committing to days of same flavored breakfasts. What a tragedy amirite!

I made a simple one with just slivered almonds BUT stir in any nuts/seeds, dried fruit, (even chocolate!) you want.
Small-batch Stove-top Granola
Servings: 5 1/4 cup servings

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil or (plant) butter (15 g) I used coconut oil
- 1 tbsp any nut/seed butter (16 g) or more oil, I like to give it a little extra flavor
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (21 g)
- 1 cup rolled oats (80 g)
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (15 g)
- pinch of salt, cinnamon
- (optional) dried fruit, chocolate chips to stir in after cooling
Instructions
- In a medium pan on medium heat add oil, nut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, melt and stir to combine.
- Add oats and nuts, stir to coat them all, lower the heat and cook, stirring frequently, until toasted to desired level, about 5 minutes.
- Let granola cool completely and add any optional mix ins.
- Enjoy with yogurt, milk, omg, the best.
