Fudge-y, chocolatey, decadent, yet they’re also vegan, gf and made with simple good for you ingredients as usual.
Sprinkles optional, but they do make everything better! I’m sorry not sorry Kourtney Kardashian for the minuscule amount of food dyes!

Mini-batch Raw Brownie Bites
Servings: 3 brownie bites
Calories: 100kcal
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp nut/seed butter (16 g) I used almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (6 g)
- pinch of salt
- drop of vanilla
- 2 tbsp oat flour (15 g) protein powder will also work
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (14 g) df if desired
- 1 tbsp (optional) sprinkles (12 g)
Instructions
- In a small bowl add nut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla and blend to combine until smooth. If your nut butter is too thick, microwave for 10 seconds to soften it up.
- Add oat flour to make a cookie dough like batter. If too dry add a drop of water, if too wet add a pinch more flour.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and (optional) roll the balls in sprinkles.
- Freeze until set, thaw a little before enjoying. Keep frozen or refrigerated!
