Ingredients

  • 1/2 large, ripe banana, mashed (60 g)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (6 g)
  • 1 tsp (optional) nut/seed butter (5 g)
  • pinch of salt
  • drop of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp granola or chopped nuts (7 g)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (14 g)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mash your banana and mix in cocoa, (optional) nut butter, salt, vanilla until smooth. You can add sweetener to make it more sweet. Pour this into your cup.
  • Sprinkle with granola and top with melted chocolate (I use the microwave 20 sec at a time and stir with a fork).
  • Let chocolate set in the fridge or freezer. Dig into the magic shell action and enjoy!
