1/4cupsoft medjool dates, pitted(40 g) about 2 large
1/4cuptahini(56 g) sub other creamy nut/seed butter
3/4cupdesiccated coconut(75 g) you can sub quick oats
2tbspcocoa powder(12 g)
1 1/2tbspmaple syrup(32 g)
1/4cupprotein powder(30 g) plant-based if desired, you can also sub oat flour
1/4tspsalt
1/2tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Blend everything in a food processor until combined. It should be like cookie dough. If too wet, add more protein powder, too dry, add 1 tsp water at a time until combined.
Roll up walnut sized balls between your palms. (Optional) roll in cocoa powder or more coconut.
