OK, is this a recipe? You literally freeze some bananas and dip them in melted chocolate.

These made the best frozen treats for kiddo and me, so up on the blog they go.

They hit that popsicle itch for 10% the effort and 110% the nutrition.

Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas
Servings: 6 pops

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas (about 240 g)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate) (90 g) df if desired
- (optional) 1-2 tsp coconut oil to thin
Instructions
- Cut each banana into 3 chunks, insert sticks most of the way and freeze until solid (at least 30 min).
- In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate and microwave and stir 30 sec at a time until all chocolate is melted. Add some coconut oil to thin if needed. There will be some chocolate left for later use.
- Dip each frozen banana chunk and place on parchment paper to set. You can either re-freeze or refrigerate to set. Enjoy from frozen!!
